Okanagan Stage welcomes all to attend its events and will not exclude anybody, unless they are deliberately interrupting others' enjoyment through anti-social and/or intimidating behaviour.
ADMISSION:
Nobody will be admitted to the auditorium without a ticket.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations can be made via telephone or in person up to one hour prior to each performance's curtain time. Online reservations will end two hours prior to each performance's curtain time.
LOST TICKETS:
At the discretion of the Box Office lost tickets will be replaced free of charge, subject to proof of purchase.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
We cannot refund tickets so please check carefully when booking. We will exchange tickets for another performance of the same production, 24 hours notice is required and we charge an administration fee of $2.00 per ticket.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Every effort will be made to admit latecomers as soon as a suitable break occurs, but admission is not guaranteed.
BABIES / TODDLERS:
Booster cushions are available for small children to have a better view. We strongly advise that children under the age of three should not be admitted except for particular productions as advised by our Box Office.
CHANGES:
All details on this website are correct at time of publishing but the Okanagan Stage reserves the right to alter programme details without prior notice.
